The company has been able to paint aluminum profiles in an electrostatic powder coating line, in the following process:
- Chromium paint substructure equipped with tubs
- Drying Furnace
- Spray painting cabin with fully automatic garners
- Preheating Furnace
- Baking Furnace
Quality Control Unit
After leaving the production line, the products will be inspected carefully by the quality control unit and will be allowed to exit after the product conforms to the standard and technical requirements. The precise operation of this unit will ensure the customers of all products manufactured by the Valid Aluminum brand.
